INSIDE OUR OFF-SEASON and SUMMER CAMP PRACTICE SESSION

 

Court #1 and #8 - Specific Individual Stroke Analysis with one of our Teaching Pros

Court #2, #3 and #4 - Doubles Strategy and Development - Doubles shots, formations, tendencies and drills. 

Court #5 and #6 - Singles strategy and live play with our teaching pros and college players. 

Court #7 - Live Ball Doubles with UCLA Doubles' Champion Lauren Fisher. 

Off- Court Training - aerobic fitness, injury prevention, bio-feedback analysis, tennis specific body core workout with our professional trainers.

 

During a practice session, our boys and girls will rotate through each station developing every aspect of their tennis game and increase their overall fitness level.
